Returns & Exchanges

Change your mind? Need a different size or color?

Return Policy:

- Within 30 days of purchase.

- Must not be visibly worn, washed or damaged.

To start a return or exchange, email us at nativesocietycompany@gmail.com with your order number. If your request is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the merchandise originally sent was damaged or incorrect. All refunds will be sent via original form of payment.

When shipping hats, please use original packaging to ensure damage does not occur in transit.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Thank you for shopping with Native Society! The following provides information on our processing and shipping policies.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays). Overnight orders are processed and shipped on Monday-Thursday before 2PM(CST). At this time we only ship to the United States and Canada. All processing & shipping times are subject to change due to natural disasters or large influx of orders during the holiday seasons!
